Superior Human Service, Inc. was incorporated on August 22, 2011. We offer services to the individuals of Pennsylvania who have mental health or intellectual disabilities and need 24/7 support. This support is offered in a residential community setting, currently in Cambria County, and while the houses are located in Cambria County Superior Human Services, Inc. serves many counties throughout the state of Pennsylvania. We believe every individual deserves to live and participate in the community with the support of family and friends.
Mission Statement
Superior Human Services, Incorporated is founded on the principle of community and communication while supporting the concept of “Everyday Lives”. This concept, developed by the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs, is based on the idea that with the support of family and friends, individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health issues decide how to live their lives. It also means they’re responsible for their own decisions and their own actions. Our mission is to provide trained, caring staff to assist in helping these individuals become members of their community to ensure a quality lifestyle.
