Title of Open Position: RSW Positions
Job Description: It is the responsibility of the Residential Support Worker to provide day to day organization to the specifically assigned Community Residential Group Home and support to the residents. The day to day duties include, but are not limited to:

Promote self-confidence and self-esteem within the individuals

Increase community participation and socialization

Act as a positive role model

Assist supervisor in ensuring the efficiency of the house

Monitoring/Maintaining Compliance with the 6400 Regulations
